Strain Night Eternal #1: While I’d like to think that the new TV series will push up sales on this, sales at our stores are weak to nonexistent. Order a few for your stands, but if you haven’t been selling any, don’t go nuts. Harley Quinn #0 Directors Cut 2nd Print: Second verse, same as the first. You’ll need some. Multiverse: The pro: DC fans have long held a fond fascination for the variant universes out there. This should solidify some of them a bit, which fans will want. Grant Morrison will tell a good tale and his fans might follow him to this. The con: It’s a 4.99 mini series with no incentive attached to put more copies on the stands. I don’t see a ready-made crossover beyond Earth 2 fans, who are the obvious target audience. So Earth 2 sales plus some is where I’m basing my numbers. I just don’t have a good feeling about this. New Suicide Squad #1 2nd Print: Check your stock and then grab a few more for the HQ completists. Sensation Comics featuring Wonder Woman: Sure, it’s a trademark placeholder anthology book with digital first material, but it has some good teams on this first issue. I’d order for Superman/Wonder Woman sub numbers, then get ready to cut hard for #2. Little Nemo in Slumberland #1: This should be a really good book with an almost perfect creative team for it, but I’m not sure who to sell it to. Order a few and try to get them under the noses of your Oz fans. Fade Out #1: A book for...

BPRD Plague of Frogs TP Vol 1: New edition. Check your stock. Dark Ages #1: Dan Abnett on a Knights vs Aliens book. I would base your orders on BPRD/Witchfinder/Baltimore. Dark Horse Presents 2014 #1: New numbering, same sales numbers. Grayson #1 2nd Print: First printing continues to sell well into the second week. Check your stock and get a few for the completest even if you’re okay. Harley Quinn #4 2nd Print: You know the drill by now. You’re gonna need some of these. Harley Quinn #9 Selfie Variant: The one selfie variant you’re going to need almost as many as you’ll need the regular. Split your numbers 60/40 on this one. New Suicide Squad #2: Well, #1 sold well, and #2 has Harley and Joker’s Daughter front and center on the cover. Trim back your numbers, but not to where the last series ended up. Let’s see if there’s a new ceiling for this book. Smallville Season 11 Chaos #1: Use Smallville Season 11 Lantern numbers. Judge Dredd Anderson PSI Division #1: Use regular Judge Dredd numbers Transformers Primacy #1: Based orders on sales of Transformers Windblade Dead @ 17: With the Image push behind this we’ll see better sales. Not going crazy but ordering like a low-end Image title plus some. Where is Jake Ellis: If ever there was a more aptly named title I can’t remember what it was. This is the current frontrunner in the Ironic Title Sweepstakes. Subs only. #3 came out in March, 2013. No one cares if this ever comes out again. Avengers 31 2nd Print: Some things are needed. Some...

Usagai Yojimbo Senso: Use your numbers for the last UY Color Special if you have them. DC Selfie Variants: Much as I applaud DC for unlimited variants, they should probably only have them when they have a good idea for them. Selfie covers smack of an executive somewhere going “What are the kids these days into?” Adventures of Superman #14 2nd Printing: With a recolored version of the original Jock Joker cover, this will sell as long as we have it on the stands. Grayson: #1 sold very well in the first week. Don’t cut drastically on this until we find the ceiling. Martian Manhunter Rings of Saturn TP: Ostrander/Mandrake Manhunter was good stuff, but who’s looking for it nowadays? Star Trek New Visions Times Echo: The first of these photonovels sold well. Look at your sales numbers for Mirror Cracked and order likewise. Genius (Joe): “The Winner of Top Cow's Pilot Season makes its triumphant return to print!” Six years later! In a weekly book! Man, if this is what it’s like to WIN the Pilot Season, what do they do to the losers? Swing by the house and shoot your dog? Subs only. Genius (Phil): I like Matt Hawkins. I like Filip Sablek. I like the TopCow logo. All that said, I hate weekly books. I’ll almost forgive Death of Wolverine but that’s Wolverine. Batman Eternal? Ordering train wreck trying to get that in line but it’s selling quite well. But a mini-series about unknown characters from an unknown creative team? Yeah, I can Hitler-hate that. None is okay. Howtoons Reiginition: Get a couple for your all...
