Archie VS. Predator: #1 sold very well so matching #2 shouldn’t be a problem. Avoiding the What-the-hell-is-that Nguyen cover. Convergence: #3 came out stronger than #2 so not fearing a huge drop-off. Match to Batman for the returnability. Adventures of Superman: Ouch. This one is a lox. Cutting. Batman and the Outisders: 0 for 2 this week so far. Not a huge surprise there. Batman Beyond preview, which since they killed off Batman Beyond could be the new Batman Beyond’s first appearance. I don’t think I want to take that chance that fans will care Flash: Sold like Flash. No surprise there. GL Corp: Sold out of lower numbers here. I’m good with that. Hawkman: Did not sell out of lower numbers but probably will by the time #2 comes out. Cutting to about 75% of what sold on #2. JLofA: Sold like expected. Going about 75% of what we sold. New Teen Titans: Sold well but didn’t sell out yet. Probably will. We Are Robin preview though I don’t know that anyone will pick it up for that reason. 90% of #1 sales. Superboy and the Legion: Ordered pretty low and didn’t sell out. Very sad for us Legion fans. Ordering the same as #1 sold as Legion fans will buy anything Legion. Swamp Thing: Ordered low, didn’t sell out. Ordering lower and hoping to sell out. Wonder Woman: Sold a bit less than WW but not horrible. Going about 90% of what we sold on #1. Deathstroke Vol 1 TP: This is an instant Top 100 Trades seller. Order to have it in stock in perpetuity. Mad...

Convergence Flash #1 Barry continues his powerful life under the dome as a forensic scientist for the GCPD.  He meets with Bruce and gets called away to a crime scene when the dome falls.  After seeking a vantage point to see what’s going on with this new world, Barry meets his opponent who appears to be a variant of Superman.   Convergence Green Lantern Corps #1 Guy Gardner goes on a scavenger hunt, through his therapist, Carol Ferris and John Stewart, to find Hal Jordan.  He had just emerged from his coma a year ago when the dome came down, and he’s still having a hard time acclimating.  Guy finally finds Hal when the dome comes down, but Hal refuses to let Guy recharge his ring to defend the city, telling him he can’t let him die again.   Convergence New Teen Titans #1 The Titans regain their powers when the dome falls early in the book, but Cyborg relies on updating technology, some of which is no longer available after a year separated from the earth.  The team is attacked by a Doom Patrol who try to get into a power plant where Cyborg is, hoping to find a means of transportation.  Little did they know at the time, what they really need to do is dissect Cyborg to make it happen.   Convergence Justice League of America #1 Ralph and the JLA of Detroit train after being a year out of practice, while Zatanna, Manhunter and Aquaman scan for the impending threat against their city.  The attack comes to them when Ralph’s team is blown up by...

Harrow County: Will likely sell on the lower side. If it were Image we would see better numbers but the speculator crowd will ignore this. Rebels: Okay first week of sales on #1 and DOA in week 2. Ordering low-ish but covering week 1 sales. Convergence: #2 did as well as #1 so fans are coming back. Staying strong with Batman numbers for the incentive and returnability. Convergence Titles: These all feature a look at what’s to come in the DCU. I don’t see fans who aren’t reading these already flocking to the books for a sneak peek but it may keep some of the readers of #1s to take that much needed second look. Chip Kidd Covers: Still horrible, over-rated junk. Aquaman: Did better than it had any right to do. Outsold regular Aquaman (ordered up for the incentive discount and need to reorder. Keeping #2 where #1 sold out. Shadow of the Bat: Ordered in low Bat-title numbers and almost sold out. Another reorder. Ordering where #1 sold. Catwoman: Mixed bag but will need reorders here as well. Very happy about these so far. Green Arrow: See the above titles. Green Lantern: Did okay. Not GL numbers but pretty strong. Matching for #2. Justice League International: Matching #2 to #1 sales. Suicide Squad: Ordered this one a bit higher for the incentive and numbers are comfortable for selling out by the end of the month. Matching #2 sales to how #1 sold so far. Superboy: A bit disappointing but nothing that will lose us money. Matching. Supergirl: Sold out in all but one store. Not complaining. Order...

Convergence #2 The heroes of Earth 2 strike back against Telos and discover a potential weakness.  From there they split up, Grayson and Batman go to recruit additional help and the rest seek out this weakness.  Batman goes to this new city’s Batcave to get the keys to the Batmobile and to have a reunion with his supposed-to-be-dead son.   Aquaman Trapped in Metropolis with no real body of water and a lost hand, Aquaman has struggled to cope with the dome situation for the past year.  He has struggled to maintain his image as a good guy especially after taking over the Metropolis Aquarium, but may have an opportunity to redeem himself after Deathblow comes to town to face him.   Green Arrow Oliver and Connor Hawke are reunited, though they would have preferred under better circumstances.  Whenever a family is run out of their home by a hate group, Connor would protect and house them.  But when a mob of people show up charging the front door, Connor calls his father for help.   Green Lantern/Parallax Hal is voluntarily in jail for killing the Green Lantern Corps.  He and Kyle’s rings don’t work under the dome, the same with all superpowers, which works because Hal still has Parallax inside him.  When the dome goes down, Kyle almost makes a breakthrough to Hal, until his opponent hits him in the back and incapacitates him.  Parallax gets pissed, and goes on a rampage.   Suicide Squad Amanda Waller rounds up the Suicide Squad, co-led by Carol Ferris voluntarily, to wage war on the Kingdom Come Universe.  With a team...

Baltimore: More of the same. Convergence: Mixes sales reports on #1. Strong in several stores while a couple others saw a big drop from #0 to #1. Staying the course and taking the returnability. As for the 2-issue debacles, some are still getting the Superman match-to look but most are significantly lower. Atom: Bust. Cut deep. Very deep. Batgirl: Took in the same box office as a normal issue. #2 should fare the same. Batman & Robin: So-so with mixed sales reports. Cut a bit. Nightwing: Decent sales. Should maintain that level. Question: The book everyone was waiting for is… sitting there. No store sold out of low numbers. A complete lox. Cut to absolute sales. Speed Force: Selling like Flash. Superman: Selling like Superman. No surprise there. Teen Titans: A bit disappointing. Cut a bit. Scooby Doo Team-Up: Teaming up with Jonny Quest so there should be an extra, though small, nostalgia bump. Dirk Gently: Douglass Adams has a lot of fans though I don’t know if those fans want Dirk Gently. Likely will see better sales than a non-Adam’s character but it will still be pretty small numbers. Donald Duck #1: The comic industry is enjoying a surge of new faces and those faces may be looking for standard kid fare. Order the 25 copies and get the returnability. Uncle Scrooge #2: Match to US #1 and it’s fully returnable We have no data on #1 (thanks, IDW) and #2 almost never outsells #1 but hey, it’s their dime. Go for the returnabilty. Artifacts Lost Tales: Same as Artifacts so sub numbers plus zero or one. Minimum...
