FOC 06.29.15

Wow. Light week for FOC. A lot of that comes from Marvel being so far behind but here we go. Cyborg: Not a lot of faith that this has legs beyond the first half-dozen issues but the folks who have discovered the character via JLA since the 52 launch might check this out. Show it to the JLA people but don’t expect a high percentage to take it. The incentive means you’ll have copies to spare. DC Collectible Starter Packs: Nice added discount if you don’t already have these in stock. JLA: G&M: Not a strong offering. Digital first, a mediocre cover, and a crowded newsstand means this will get limited playing time. Gallery seems to agree that this will be ½ to 2/3 of Injustice numbers. Justice League 3001 #2: Mixed reviews, pretty sure it’s a dog. Not much movement from the 3000 series. Going 75% of #1 sales. Names TP: Series was pretty dead by the time it finished. I don’t see a lot of demand in TP form. We Are Robin #2: Moderate seller, but a bit disappointing. Not too confident in this series. Go 80% of #1 sales. Transformers Animated: I doubt this is going to sell in regular Transformer numbers after the first issue but let’s find the starting ceiling. Returnable at 10 copies. Wolf: Hellblazer vibe to it. Kot is a decent writer but doesn’t seem to attract a large crowd. Returnable with the incentive level so we get to find it on Image’s dime. E is for Extinction #2: Ordered low and was disappointed. Ordering 70% of #1 sales. Marvel Zombies #2:...
